The management, dealership and ownership group is ridiculous. I wanted to do a cash purchase on a truck they had in stock, but I was told I couldn't pay cash and had to finance it through them. They try to penalize you for paying cash and not financing through them. I submitted a full purchase agreement, was told they would get back to me on next steps, then two days later emailed me and told me they later sold the vehicle to someone else instead.

I am really upset about my experience at INFINITI. At my first visit sales representative Darrel showed me a 2017 Infinity QX60 claiming it had no accidents even though Carfax report included an accident. Not always consistent information. Seems like a lot of turn-over staff in Service and there is some lack of knowledge.

Ended up paying 175$ for the oil change and tire rotation. The latter was offered as "buy one get one free", not sure what that means. Was told the tires are good to go, 10 min later they said it was a glitch and I need a new set+alignment. The tires are actually Ok for another 10-15K IMO. So far whenever I’ve Had an issue with my vehicle They have done everything I would except and more to make me satisfied.

Very professional staff. Explained all work to be accomplished. Cared about my satisfaction with my vehicle and the service provided.

I leased 2 Q50 from them and the last time I went for an oil change they charged me $438! (just for an oil change). I said that seemed very high but they did nothing. When I got home I had a coupon for 2 oil changes for less than I paid for one so I called the service guy (he never called me back) and I called the service manager (he never called me back either). This will be the last dollar I spend at INFINITI of Beachwood if they don't fix this problem!

Also treated like family. Easy to schedule online. Kept your informed during the entire time vehicle was being serviced. Thanking you for being a customer.

I was helped immediately after I arrived. Hailie Guckeyson took care of my throughout this visit to Infinity Beachwood; she was very knowledgeable and polite. The facility was very clean and nicely presented. They have an espresso machine that makes the experience that much better! The service on my car was done in a timely manner.

Tre was very helpful in showing me the vehicles I was interested in, Orlando worked the numbers I needed on the trade and purchased vehicle, and Tony in finance made the barrage of paperwork easy and quick, thanks to the dealership’s deployment of technology. I was also given a “We Owe” to remove a small ding in the purchased vehicle. Ryan in service was great to work with and the paintless dent repair worked great. A terrific experience all around the dealership and a highly recommend for the dealership.

Every time we get an oil change we’re told we need new wipers (though we just bought new ones within the last month). It’s also become clear that the service history is not reviewed each oil change because though we just had our break line flushed last time, it was recommended we have it done this time again - not even 8K mikes later. I find it hard to trust any recommendations because they all seem like add ons and up-selling. A positive is the convenience of updates and communication via texts.

There website price was 38560 they tried to come back with now the car is worth 42,999 because of a mistake then they fixed cost on internet to 43,999! This place is sad. The secretary never forwards notes to the service reps to get back to you, and the service rep calls always go to voicemail. But thats not the worst. the worst is that they try to find ways to make sure parts arent under warranty. the warranty info is written by lawyers, people... and its their to avoid giving you parts/labor for free. Be cautious in Beachwood, but there isnt another INFINITI dealer within 50 miles so youre pretty much out of luck...

I always go to INFINITI of Beachwood when my car needs service and I always deal with Mitch. He listens to my requests/concerns and always takes care of things to my satisfaction AND in a timely manner. He also communicates with me clearly about the service being performed. When I need service, it's nice to call him, he remembers me from my visits, and I know he will always take care of things for me.

Anyway calls me back next morning and records a message saying good news, we will accept the deal. Anyway I call back and he says he agrees with the terms and verbally repeats them.
