They told me it was there and available. Upon arrival when I asked to see the vehicle they told me it was sold two weeks ago? They assured me they had a better deal on a better model. Great dealership! Took my Q60 to them for an issue with a belt and the technician and service advisor advised me that the belt was not the issue and did not need to be replaced. Very honest dealership that could have just done the work and not advised me but they seem to be trying to help the customer and not overcharge. Will be back in the future. A+

First I want to say I was a previous 1 star reviewer and agreed with every negative comment previously left. The old owners were deplorable and fraudulent. My 2019 Infinity QX 60 was totaled last week. I went to the Infinity of Beachwood location and was given Alex Lee as a salesperson. He was impossible, I had to repeat myself over and over, every Infinity QX 50 or QX 55 I tried to test drive was almost out of gas so I got to go one block up the street and turn around to go back to the dealership. I had my QX50 into 2 different dealerships 4 different times and a total of over 40 days with NO resolution.... before finally getting it to INFINITI of Beachwood. Chris in the service department is FANTASTIC!!! His customer service was exceptional. So far so good! Buying process was easy... took forever, but easy and stress free. *** I do want to note that their drinks are reg coffee and water. Thats it! Their snacks, well... they had none. I have owned BMW and Audi and their drinks and snacks are much nicer. Various pop flavors, coffee choices of everything, orange and cranberry drinks. Usually my experience is good. However, I came in last week for breaks and I was told someone will call me the following week because they had to order the back rotors. I still have not received a call yet and this is Thursday. Therefore, I’m not happy that they have not followed up with me. I will be giving them a call today.

After several attempts desperately reaching out to this dealership regarding my service to my 2019 Q70L on 4/29/24 I have gotten zero response. I paid $809.50 for multiple simple services and needless to mention waited on site for over 6 hours on such date of service. I scheduled for oil change and tire rotation for my 2020 QX60 at 4 PM. I arrived early and was taken care right away. The Service Department did a wonderful job and have my vehicle ready for a long trip.

The AC in my INFINITI was blowing hot air only. I paid for it to be serviced at INFINITI of Beachwood. Then a week later it happened again and the AC blew hot air only. No notifications given to customers, just happen to make a service call on 3-28-24 and receptionist answered the phone as Beachwood INFINITI. My nightmare begins. The management, dealership and ownership group is ridiculous. I wanted to do a cash purchase on a truck they had in stock, but I was told I couldn't pay cash and had to finance it through them. They try to penalize you for paying cash and not financing through them. I submitted a full purchase agreement, was told they would get back to me on next steps, then two days later emailed me and told me they later sold the vehicle to someone else instead.

At my first visit sales representative Darrel showed me a 2017 Infinity QX60 claiming it had no accidents even though Carfax report included an accident. Ended up paying 175$ for the oil change and tire rotation. The latter was offered as "buy one get one free", not sure what that means. Was told the tires are good to go, 10 min later they said it was a glitch and I need a new set+alignment. The tires are actually Ok for another 10-15K IMO. I leased 2 Q50 from them and the last time I went for an oil change they charged me $438! (just for an oil change). I said that seemed very high but they did nothing. When I got home I had a coupon for 2 oil changes for less than I paid for one so I called the service guy (he never called me back) and I called the service manager (he never called me back either). This will be the last dollar I spend at INFINITI of Beachwood if they don't fix this problem!
