Duties and Responsibilities

• Service technicians dedicate most of their time to providing routine maintenance and repairs for local INFINITI® owners.
• Accept service orders from advisors and deliver customer vehicles to the service area.
• Complete service within the specified timeline according to INFINITI® factory specifications.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding progress, delays, or new problem/risk identifications.
• Diagnose vehicle problems accurately by considering the reported symptoms and inspecting the involved components.
• Formulate repair recommendations.
• Communicate with the parts department to obtain replacement parts and fluids.
• Document service details in the computerized system.
• Complete quality assurance inspections to confirm factory specifications.
• Perform road testing to verify results.
